I would go here again for a lunch or dinner any time. It’s on a very busy street but the food is high quality. There is no parking attached but there is a close garage. I would recommend the fresh pasta they have daily. There are many appetizers and we enjoyed the mozzarella and prosciutto. The waiters share specials that are made that day and would lean to getting one every time.

The food and service were both great. Jessica did a fantastic job with our party and accommodating the two children in the group. Very friendly, very prompt service. Overall the whole experience made for a very nice birthday family dinner.

The best Italian restaurant we ate in during our trip in Florida. You shouldn't miss it when visiting Naples. All dishes were delicious, fresh and high quality food as well as deserts. Super recommended!

Ashley was our waitress and she was very attentive and accurate. The fettuccine Bolognese was delicious. We also had the Diavola chicken it was well flavored, not too spicy, crispy skin, moist meat. The chocolate cake tasted like it was made in-house rather than being mass-produced, though I couldn't be certain based only on taste and flavor. The portions are very fair for the price. The manager was very attentive to his restaurant and his staff. I did not catch his name. Parking is a little difficult depending on what time you go. The restaurant is clean and well organized. The food came out fairly quickly.

Amazing place to eat and have a drink. It’s authentic Italian. The food was delicious, the tiramisu was to die for and our server carmine was very attentive and friendly. I recommend the place for a night out or a special dinner or if you are in Naples and wish for authentic Italian come here.

For 10 years, Cafe Milano on 5th Ave has been our favorite Naples gem, and it never fails to impress! The food is consistently fresh – the grilled octopus is always tender and full of flavor, perfectly paired with a large, refreshing mojito that hits all the right notes. The cozy, elegant atmosphere makes every visit memorable. Our waiter, Sasha, who’s served us for a decade, is truly extraordinary – warm, attentive, and always spot-on with drink recommendations, making us feel like VIPs every time. His genuine care and charm elevate every meal. Highly recommend this treasure for authentic Italian vibes! We’ll keep coming back!

Been here twice now and it’s been great both times. I got the ravioli and it was amazing. really flavorful, fresh and cooked perfectly. The outside seating is super cute and trendy, which makes it a really nice spot to sit and enjoy dinner. Ivan was our server the second time and he was awesome! really friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

We had a family member in town and decided to take her to Naples for the afternoon. We wanted to change it up and try somewhere new, so we chose Caffé Milano and we were not disappointed. We sat inside, which to our surprise was packed (always a great sign). Even though the restaurant was very busy, our server Tyler did an excellent job. He checked on us consistently and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we sat down until the end of our meal. We enjoyed a delicious glass of wine along with a breadbasket and olives. The olive oil on the table was incredible, perfect for dipping the bread and hard to stop eating. We ordered the gnocchi, carbonara, and tortellini. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, but the tortellini was the standout, hands down the best dish at the table. Every plate was cleaned. Great food, great service, made this a wonderful experience. This was such a pleasant surprise, and we will definitely be back.

Been to Caffe Milano many times and it has left an amazing impression every time. The waiters and staff are always kind and professional. The food is amazing. Definitely a comfort food restaurant. I highly recommend the specials, one of my favorites is the lamb ravioli, it's superb. Their desserts are always perfect too. Thank you so much.
